It is best to enter the winter with freshly trimmed curls as the harsh weather will most likely enhance your already split ends. So make sure to visit your local stylist and get a trim for those ends. You should typically get a trim every 10-12 weeks, that's about every 2 months.

During the winter it’s best to keep your hands out of your hair, to avoid drying and split ends. So make sure to do styles that will last longer such as twist outs, braid outs or even investing in protective styles. This will help your curls thrive during those colder months.
