Beauty, Lifestyle + Grocery Processing Time: 2-4 business days.


Home + Fashion Processing Time: 2-7 business days, times could be extended as some items are made to order. If this happen you will be contacted for accurate processing time. 


Subscription Boxes Processing Time: allow 1-2  business days for processing. 


Orders placed after 4 pm EST begins processing on the next business day. For orders during the Holidays, allow up to 10 business days for processing. We are closed on ALL FEDERAL HOLIDAYS.

All orders are shipped via UPS or USP and are insured up to the $100 in value. An email with tracking information will be sent once order is shipped. 


All domestic U.S orders ship free of charge, except for subscription items. 

We are not responsible for lost or stolen items, please file all lost or stolen claims with UPS or USPS directly. Please verify correct address before placing your order.

If your order arrives damaged you have 24 hours from the time the package is delivered to file a claim by sending us an email and a clear picture of the damaged goods to support@ericasbeautyshop.com.com and we will be happy to assist you and get your order replaced in a timely manner.

Order’s cannot be canceled after it has been placed. All sales are final. We don’t provide refunds or exchanges. Please email us at
