Current Processing Time: 1-2 business days.


Subscription Boxes Processing Time: allow 1-3 weeks for processing as boxes are made to order. 


Orders placed after 4 pm EST begins processing on the next business day. For orders during the Holidays, allow up to 10 business days for processing. We are closed on ALL FEDERAL HOLIDAYS. No orders are processed Friday - Sunday, business days includes Monday - Thursday. 

All orders are shipped via UPS or USPS and are insured up to the $100 in value. An email with tracking information will be sent once order is shipped. 

We are not responsible for lost or stolen items, please file all lost or stolen claims with UPS or USPS directly. Please verify correct address before placing your order.

If your order arrives damaged you have 24 hours from the time the package is delivered to file a claim by sending us an email and a clear picture of the damaged goods to support@ericas.co and we will be happy to assist you and get your order replaced in a timely manner.

Order’s cannot be canceled after it has been placed. All sales are final. We don’t provide refunds or exchanges. Please email us at
